Krill Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cups Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Krill
  • 1 cups White Wine
  • 1 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 tablespoons Butter
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. In a saucepan add in butter and melt.
2. Once butter is melted add garlic and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Add in white wine and reduce by one fourth. (15 minutes/ medium heat).
4. Whisk in flour and add in heavy cream. Whisk vigorously to combine well.
5. Season with parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add in krill and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Remove from the heat and serve.
