Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 tablespoons Krill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

1. In a blender add in egg yolk and krill on high speed.
2. Very slowly, drop by drop, add in oil.
3. Once dressing comes together, add in lemon juice.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add in Worcestershire sauce and parmesan cheese. Finish blending until smooth and creamy.
6. Refrigerate once finished.
