Ingredients

    • 6 ounces Krill, seasoned well with salt and pepper
    • 1 small red apple diced
    • ½ cup shredded kale
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 2 Ciabatta buns, sliced

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together until combined. Season to taste.
2. Divide mixture and fill buns to form sandwiches. Serve immediately.
