Ingredients
- ¼ lb Mild Italian Sausage
- ½ cup Krill
- ¼ cup Clam, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Sage, chopped
- ½ tablespoon Lemon Zest
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 ½ tablespoons Garlic cloves minced
Directions
1. Combine Italian sausage, krill, and clams.
2. Season with lemon zest, sage, salt and pepper.
3. Add in one tablespoon of Italian sausage mixture per clam shell.
4. Place filled clams in baking pan.
5. Add wine and garlic cloves to the bottom of the pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
